The Impact of Teacher Rules, Roles and Rights on Teacher Quality at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, DC. An esteemed panel of judges including Steve Adamowski, Eric Hanushek, Susan Moore Johnson, Jane Hannaway, Eugenia Kemble, and Donald Langenberg will select the Grand Winner, and Mike 'Call-'em-like-he-sees-'em' Podgursky will moderate. Five finalists from Indiana University, University of Washington, University of Notre Dame, University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and Miami University of Ohio will compete for a top prize of $15,000.
