Michael Savoy Elementary Mathematics Supervising Analyst
Michael Savoy is the Elementary Mathematics Supervising Analyst at NCTQ. He has been working at NCTQ since 2012 contributing to major reports and projects, such as the Teacher Prep Review. Michael also works as National Managing Director of Teacher Leadership Programs at TeachPlus. Dr. Savoy earned his B.S. in Aerospace Engineering at The University of Maryland, M.Ed. in Mathematics Education at Salisbury University and Ph.D. in Instructional Systems at The Pennsylvania State University.
