Heather Peske
Dr. Heather Peske became NCTQ’s President in 2022, bringing valuable insights from her leadership at the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education where she drove policies that improved teacher development, teacher preparation, and student outcomes. Beginning her career as an elementary teacher and holding various education leadership roles over three decades, Dr. Peske combines classroom experience with policy expertise.
