Andrea joined the National Council on Teacher Quality in December 2020 and is the Assistant Director of Communications. She focuses on the organization’s digital strategy efforts including content development, social media outreach, and web analytics. Prior to joining NCTQ, Andrea spent 17 years as a digital journalist working for national publications such as Kiplinger’s Personal Finance and The Washington Post. She graduated from Howard University in Washington, D.C., with a BA in journalism.
